We do not automatically collect cookies, tracking pixels, or behavioral analytics beyond standard server access logs (IP address, browser type, referring URL) that are retained for security and diagnostic purposes only.

Information you submit is used exclusively for the following purposes:

• Order processing: To evaluate your project scope, generate layout mockups, and prepare production-ready decoration files for your custom order.
• Transactional communications: To send order confirmations, quote follow-ups, production status updates, and shipping notifications via Microsoft 365 business email.
• Customer support: To respond to questions submitted through our contact form.
• Internal record-keeping: To maintain accurate order histories and production records.

Any logos, trademarks, graphics, or design files you upload to our portal are collected solely to:

• Generate layout mockups and pre-production proofs for your review
• Process and fulfill your custom decoration order
• Transmit order details and artwork references to our production team via transactional email through Microsoft 365

We do not share, sell, license, trade, or otherwise disclose your uploaded artwork, logos, or design files to any outside data brokers, third-party advertisers, or unaffiliated commercial entities. Your artwork is your intellectual property and is treated with strict confidentiality.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal contact data or uploaded artwork to outside data brokers or third-party marketing services. We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Production partners: Trusted vendors directly involved in fulfilling your order (e.g., blank apparel suppliers) who are contractually bound to confidentiality.
• Legal compliance: When required by applicable law, court order, or governmental authority.
• Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice provided to affected customers.

We retain customer contact information and order records for a period of up to three (3) years following your last transaction to support warranty inquiries, reorder requests, and legal compliance obligations. Uploaded artwork files are retained for the duration of your active order and for up to twelve (12) months thereafter to facilitate reorders. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us directly.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information and uploaded files against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. All data transmissions between your browser and our servers are encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our website and services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us immediately and we will promptly delete it.
