Terms of Service

By accessing our website or submitting any order or inquiry, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable federal, state, and local laws. If you are submitting on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

When you upload artwork, logos, or graphic files to our order portal, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the original creator of the submitted artwork, or you hold a valid license, written permission, or legal authorization from the rights holder to reproduce and apply the artwork to physical goods through commercial decoration services.
• The submitted artwork does not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, trade dress, patent, or other intellectual property rights of any third party.
• You accept full legal responsibility for any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the unauthorized use of third-party intellectual property in your submitted artwork.
• You grant 24K Print and Stitch a limited, non-exclusive license to reproduce your submitted artwork solely for the purpose of fulfilling your specific order and generating pre-production mockups for your review.

24K Print and Stitch reserves the right to reject, cancel, or refuse any order submission that contains artwork we reasonably believe to be unauthorized copyrighted material, counterfeit brand marks, or content that violates applicable intellectual property law. In such cases, any deposit or prepayment may be refunded at our discretion, less any administrative processing costs already incurred.

All custom orders are subject to a pre-production review and approval process. Before production begins, we will provide you with a digital proof or mockup for your review. Production commences only upon your explicit written or electronic approval of the proof.

By approving a proof and authorizing production, you confirm that all artwork, text, sizing, color specifications, and decoration placement are correct and acceptable. 24K Print and Stitch is not responsible for errors in approved proofs that are reproduced faithfully in production.

Custom decoration services — including but not limited to precision embroidery, screen printing, direct-to-garment printing, heat transfer, and 3D-printed or 3D-domed structured hat fabrication — are produced to your unique specifications and cannot be resold or repurposed. Accordingly:

• All approved custom orders are final sales. Once you have approved your proof and production has commenced, your order is non-cancellable and non-refundable.
• Orders cancelled prior to proof approval may be eligible for a partial refund of any deposit paid, less any design, setup, or administrative fees already incurred.
• If your order contains a production defect — meaning the finished goods materially deviate from your approved proof through no fault of your own — we will work with you to remedy the defect through reprinting, re-embroidering, or issuing a store credit at our sole discretion.
• Dissatisfaction with a design you approved, color variations inherent to the decoration process, or minor dimensional tolerances within industry-standard ranges do not constitute defects and are not grounds for a refund.

All quotes provided through our website or by email are estimates based on the information provided at the time of inquiry. Final pricing is confirmed in writing prior to production approval. Prices are subject to change based on material costs, order quantity adjustments, or changes to decoration specifications requested after an initial quote is issued.

Payment terms will be specified in your order confirmation. We reserve the right to require a deposit before beginning design work or ordering blank goods. Failure to remit payment per agreed terms may result in order cancellation and forfeiture of any deposit paid.

Estimated production turnaround times are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in a written order confirmation. 24K Print and Stitch is not liable for delays caused by supplier shortages, shipping carrier disruptions, force majeure events, or delays resulting from late artwork submission or proof approval by the customer.

We ship nationwide from our Marana, Arizona production facility. Shipping costs and carrier selection will be confirmed at the time of order. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

You may not submit artwork, text, or design content that:

• Infringes any third-party copyright, trademark, or intellectual property right
• Contains hate speech, discriminatory imagery, or content that promotes violence
• Is obscene, pornographic, or otherwise unlawful
• Impersonates any person, brand, or organization in a deceptive manner
• Violates any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation

We reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion without obligation to provide a detailed explanation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 24K Print and Stitch's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim. In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Pima County, Arizona.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
